At RPC, we offer a variety of learning options to meet the needs of the contemporary workforce.  And, webinars are learning options that make it easy for employees to get the training they need–in a format that works with their busy schedules.

We offer our Webinar programs in two ways: HRCI and SHRM approved continuing education programs available for general public registration and customized webinar training programs we design for organizations’ unique training needs.  Our HRCI and SHRM approved webinars are available for registration through our continuing education seminar partner.  To learn more about how to register, please refer to our Events page for upcoming conferences and details.

For organizations in need of a webinar program, we create customized programs that are targeted to meet the desired learning objectives. As an example, we routinely design and facilitate webinar programs on the topics of FMLA Abuse, ADA compliance, The Fair Labor Standards Act, HR Documentation, and Performance Management, just to name a few. Generally, our webinar programs are 90 minutes in length. However, we do provide some customized options that enable the creation of a learning track, in which multiple conference sessions can be scheduled in succession, over a period of weeks or months.

To learn more about creating a webinar program for your organization, please contact us at Info@rpchr.com or at (800) 517-7129 Ext. 2 for Client Services.
