Ken Ivey is Vice President and COO of Results Performance Consulting. He possesses an MBA and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He possesses a diverse career background and his leadership expertise spans over 30 years in the fields of military medical operations, law enforcement, and strategic security/anti-terrorism operations.

Taylor Ivey is a military veteran, having completed his enlistment in the U.S. Army as an Ammunition Stock Control and Handling Specialist. During his years in the military at Fort Riley, Kansas, Taylor was responsible for safely storing, issuing, receiving, and transporting various types of munitions, providing leadership to his team, including monthly coaching, documentation, and human resource management.
Taylor was also responsible for operation and assembly of the Army Combat Service Support and VSAT, a satellite communications system designed to provide worldwide data and voice communications connectivity to U.S. military forces. During his military service, Taylor was deployed to the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and completed a grueling special forces, French Commando course at the Commando Training Center in Arta, Djibouti. Taylor completed various training programs: infantry tactics, land navigation, first aid, marksmanship, and leadership development for Non-Commissioned Officers.
Taylor’s expertise is in helping clients that are experiencing costly, excessive turnover of younger employees and that are dealing with more employee relations’ issues involving generational conflicts. With his unique expertise in having supervised younger Millennials, and being a Millennial himself, Taylor brings a unique perspective and leadership expertise to RPC and provides clients with tools, tips, and techniques to improve their talent acquisition, management, and retention of younger employees. Taylor serves as RPC’s Business Operations Coordinator & Client Services Consultant, providing administrative and operations support.
Sean Moyles has experience in litigating suits involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, non-compete and employment contract claims. Mr. Moyles is a frequent lecturer on employment law topics including litigation of federal discrimination claims, Wage and Hour law, the Family and Medical Leave Act, personnel record keeping and government agency (EEOC, DOL) investigations.
HR Consultant & Training Program Facilitator
Carol Pasquale is a Human Resources Executive with 25+ years of experience leading HR departments and divisions in medium-size organizations with revenues in excess of $100mm per annum. Carol possesses specific expertise in finance, accounting, and benefits administration, with experience negotiating health benefit plans and streamlining HR functions to create efficiencies and cost reduction. She is a bottom-line focused leader with experience developing HR initiatives that align people and processes, from strategic plan to tactical execution and measurement of results.
Throughout Carol’s career she has been a change agent with an excellent record in implementing practical, enforceable organizational policies and leadership development initiatives to drive organizational culture change, minimize risk of regulatory fines and litigation, and to improve accountability. She has the leadership and negotiation skills necessary to lead the people management strategy through mergers and acquisitions. And, she has demonstrated numerous times her ability to work with, often times difficult, C-level executives to facilitate positive employee relations and an “employer of choice” organizational culture.
Carol is a results-driven professional with experience working in global, highly collaborative environments and partnering with senior leaders from all functional groups. She is tech savvy with experience in identifying, selecting, and implementing HRIS, payroll, and mobile technology solutions that improve the use of data and analytics to run the business.
Carol is currently an HR Consultant and Training Program Facilitator with RPC. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is a great resource for consulting on issues related to compensation, benefits administration, FMLA, ADA, and general HR management, such as handling employee behavior and performance issues. She also has extensive experience in international HR, creating workforce strategies, global recruiting, and managing expats.
Carol brings to her learning and development programs a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and practical experience that enhances the learning environment–far beyond just the course content. In Carol’s spare time, she spends it with her two children, both in college, and she resides in northern New Jersey with her fiancé, John.
