The Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) is an online assessment that takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Upon completion, an RPC representative will compile the results into a 21-page, spiral-bound report that illustrates behavioral strengths and weaknesses in handling conflict. It also includes a 30-minute one-on-one session to help you interpret the results and complete a personal development plan in the accompanying personal development guide.
The cost is $75 when purchased with a resume and $125 without a resume.
