RPC LAUNCHES INNOVATIVE  HR Assist™ FLAT-FEE HR CONSULTING

Boca Raton, FL, Aug. 18, RPC announced today the launch of its new, flat-fee HR consulting for small employers.

Often HR in small business consists of just one HR person–or a few who wear many hats and handle “HR stuff.”   Many are overwhelmed, handling a multitude of tasks such as payroll, workers’ comp, employee leaves, and benefits.    And, when tasked with handling employee complaints, many HR managers are simply unaware of the legal land mines involved if employee complaints aren’t investigated properly.

Smaller employers really struggle with the “sticky” employee relations issues:

  • How to document and handle employee FMLA leaves and deal with FMLA abuse
  • How to handle and document performance and discipline issues
  • How to handle disability or religious accommodations
  • How to investigate harassment or hostile work environment allegations
  • How to downsize without violating anti-discrimination laws

“At RPC, we’ve come up with a better way for the small business community to get qualified HR expertise and guidance—at an affordable price. Customers pay just one flat fee and then have access to our professional HR expertise, all year long.  They simply call us whenever they have an employee relations issue or need an HR question answered.  We respond via phone or email within 24 hours—guaranteed,” said Natalie Ivey, President and CEO of RPC – Results Performance Consulting, Inc. based in Boca Raton, FL.

The cost for HR Assist is based on the size of a company’s employee population.  For businesses with fewer than 50 employees, the cost is only $4995 per year or about $400 per month.  “The cost is negligible compared to hiring additional staff or having to settle a legal claim brought on by an employee”, said Natalie Ivey.

“We are excited about providing this new service to small business owners.  With the current state of the economy, many employers just can’t afford to increase the size of their HR staff.  Yet, they also can’t afford the fines and legal costs for not complying with labor and employment laws.  These days, all it takes is just one disgruntled employee to march into the EEOC or the DOL to create a financial nightmare for an employer.   With HR Assist, employers will have the HR expertise they desperately need–at a price that works for small business.” said, Natalie Ivey.

RPC was founded in 2002 to provide small employers with guidance, training, resources, best practices, and cost-effective solutions to everyday human resource challenges.
