Barbara Perino is a successfully trained Certified Professional Co-Active Coach guiding her clients who are executive leaders and their staff to bigger success, powerful growth and positive change. Barbara has been trained through The Coach Training Institute (CTI) located in San Rafael, CA. She completed a Coaching Certification Program through CTI and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The basic concept behind CTI coach training is based on deep listening and a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment.

Prior to becoming a coach, Barbara was a 16-year veteran of the financial services industry in national sales management capacity. Increasing revenue, building relationships with clients and expanding national presence were some of her top contributions. Barbara is very involved in various professional associations. Currently VP/Programs for Women’s Executive Club of South Palm Beach County; President’s Level member – Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and she also volunteers as a Mentor for “at risk” high school girls through Women of Tomorrow in South Florida and is on the Family Support Committee of Habitat for Humanity. Giving back is very important to her so she continually conducts workshops on life matters for non-profits. Barbara is a graduate of Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA.

Barbara possesses specific expertise in working with companies around Trust and Collaboration issues, which really stem from the lack of open communication and transparency in organizations. As an executive coach, Barbara starts at the top by getting the senior team working through tough issues and barriers detrimental to organizational culture–and which may be keeping the organization from accomplishing desired objectives and growth. In essence, Barbara helps senior leaders identify trust issues that are creating barriers to information sharing, internal communication and collaboration.

Having worked with hundreds of companies as a trusted advisor, Paul understands and appreciates the challenges facing business leaders. As a Consultant, Paul combines 25 years of business and legal experience with his passion for connecting business people to their work in a way that leads to deeper personal satisfaction and better bottom-line results. Paul’s “sweet-spot” is working with executives and teams in innovative, but under-performing, organizations. He helps them to increase organizational effectiveness by working through the individual and organizational blocks that prevent them from reaching their potential, and then training and supporting them in developing new skills. Before starting his own firm, Paul was a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a national law firm, where he worked with a range of private companies and non-profit organizations. His areas of specialization included corporate governance, private equity financing, intellectual property licensing, and mergers & acquisitions. When he is not working, Paul can be found playing with his three young children, whipping up something exotic in the kitchen, or playing sports. He also reads extensively in the area of personal development and human potential.  Paul holds a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and a Law Degree from Syracuse University School of Law, with honors. He is a court-certified mediator, a trained Business Coach, a Certified Integral Coach, and holds a Masters in Intuition Medicine.
